Two disciplines, two named people, one workplan

Finance, tax and transaction advisory, owned by a named partner, and the AI and data systems that carry it, owned by a named consultant. They work the same mandate rather than passing it between firms. A technical team delivers alongside them across AI engineering, data science, web, gameplay systems, 3D, Python and Java. Where a mandate needs a licensed practitioner we do not employ, that person is introduced by name at scoping.

A tax professional with experience across direct taxation, tax litigation, scrutiny and assessment proceedings, tax audits and financial analysis. He has experience in analysing complex tax matters, preparing submissions and developing defensible tax positions. His areas of interest include international taxation, DTAA, transfer pricing, FEMA and transaction tax, with a focus on practical and commercially relevant solutions.

How specialists are introduced

During the scoping call we identify which specialists, if any, the mandate calls for. Each specialist's full name, prior firm, regulated status (where applicable) and a recent reference are shared in writing before substantive work begins. The engagement letter names the integrator, the partner or consultant who owns the mandate, and every specialist contributing to the workplan, with clear scope per workstream.
