Partner-adjacent engineering on production AI, agentic systems, and the platform that runs them. Real client traffic, real evaluation gates, real on-call.
AI Systems Engineer
Own the production AI surface end to end: hybrid RAG, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation operations, semantic caching and query routing. You will ship to live client environments and debug what breaks at three in the morning.

Embed inside the client's stack and ship integrations, evaluation loops, and bespoke automation directly against their roadmap. Half engineer, half partner-level operator. Strong written communication is non-negotiable.

Design and ship multi-step autonomous workflows: tool use, planner / executor splits, eval-driven guardrails, recovery from partial-failure states. Comfortable with at least one agent framework and an opinion about when not to use one.
