These are the website terms of use for huntleycrossadvisory.com. Engagement terms (scope, fees, governance, confidentiality, IP, liability, governing law and jurisdiction) are agreed in a separate signed engagement letter for each mandate. The engagement letter prevails over the terms below in respect of any specific mandate.

1. Who you are agreeing with

Huntley Cross Advisory is the trading name of Zaex Enterprises LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India (GST 33AADFZ0704B1ZU). In these terms “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Zaex Enterprises LLP trading as Huntley Cross Advisory. By using this website you accept these terms.

2. The website

This website provides general information about our advisory services and a way to contact us. The content is informational; nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, financial, regulatory or other professional advice, and nothing on this website creates a client relationship. A client relationship arises only once we have signed a written engagement letter.

3. What we do

We provide partner-led advisory services in the areas described on the Services page, including transactions, transaction tax, capital and margin programmes, transformation governance, and enterprise risk. The exact scope, deliverables and timing of each engagement are agreed in writing in the engagement letter.

4. Regulatory status

We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (UK). We do not provide regulated financial advice or any other regulated activity within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Where a mandate requires regulated services, we will tell you and refer you to a suitably authorised firm.

5. Booking a scoping call

The scoping call is an introductory conversation. It is offered without charge, without obligation and on an information-only basis. Material that you share with us during a scoping call is treated as confidential by default, and we will sign a written non-disclosure agreement before any substantive material is exchanged.

6. Engagement terms (where the work happens)

Each mandate is governed by a separate engagement letter that addresses, among other things, scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, key personnel, confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnities, termination, governing law and dispute resolution. The engagement letter is the controlling document for that mandate.

7. Intellectual property in this website

This website and its contents are owned by, or licensed to, Zaex Enterprises LLP. You may view, print and download content for personal or internal business reference. You may not republish, redistribute or commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent.

8. No warranty on website content

Information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Reliance on website content is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability for website use

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaex Enterprises LLP, its members, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, is not limited by these terms.

Limitations and indemnities in respect of advisory work are set out in the relevant engagement letter, not here.

This website may link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction (website use)

These website terms of use are governed by the laws of India, being the jurisdiction of registration of Zaex Enterprises LLP. The courts of Tamil Nadu, India have non-exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from website use. Engagement letters may specify a different governing law and jurisdiction (typically England and Wales for UK clients) on an engagement-by-engagement basis.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page.
